Mike Bell� CFMU 93.3 FM in HamiltonIf "Mike's Mood Swings" isn't the perfect example of what the spirit of campus radio should be then I don't know what is. Mike Bell has been hosting this show for the past two years every Wednesday night at 10:30 PM - Midnight at CFMU 93.3 FM in Hamilton. When it comes to his show he has a real easy going approach. He basically plays music geared to whatever mood he's in. If he's feeling loud and rowdy then that's the type of show you'll hear that week. If he's into romance that day then the tunes he'll be spinning will make you blush. If he's angry you'll hear lots of metal, noise and other "turn that music down I can't hear myself think" type of songs. He's all over the place without a care as to what genres he does or does not cover within any given program. Now that is real radio. A guy playing tunes he needs to hear to get by and then sharing them with whoever may be listening at that time. Mike's various antics and mood swings can be heard online at http://cfmu.mcmaster.ca |
