Picks and Pans 2009
Jazz on the Rocks Vibe Line 2009:::Top 30 The Vibe Line 2009 Top 30 represents songs played on my show, Positive Vibes, throughout 2009 on a somewhat regular, yet random rotation. A few have been released as singles, others have been selected from various albums released this year. Not all songs represent “official” singles as suggested by labels, keeping in stride with free form radio programming. Personally, suggested singles aren't always the hottest tracks on LP's. As it is widely known, campus community radio has long had an influence on the impact of new music. The Vibe Line 2009 Top 30 displays entries from a fraction of Montreal's reggae artistes and does not attempt summarization of any sort, neither for the whole reggae industry.
